Welcome to TeaNuma.com (“TeaNuma”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access and use of our website, online services, and related platforms (collectively, the “Platform”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using TeaNuma.
By accessing or using TeaNuma, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.
TeaNuma provides an online platform where individuals can connect with qualified professionals for mental health and wellness support (“Therapist Services”).
TeaNuma itself does not provide therapy or medical services. All professional services are provided by independent, licensed, or qualified therapists (“Therapists”), not by TeaNuma employees.
Our role is to operate and maintain the Platform and provide technical and administrative support to help you connect with a suitable Therapist.
If you feel that your assigned Therapist is not the right fit, you may request to be matched with another available Therapist.
Therapists who provide services through TeaNuma must meet the professional requirements in their region, such as being a licensed psychologist, counselor, social worker, or therapist with the proper education and training.
TeaNuma reviews credentials before allowing Therapists to offer services but does not guarantee the effectiveness of any specific Therapist or treatment.
TeaNuma is not an emergency service and should not be used if:
You are in crisis or thinking about suicide.
You or someone else is in danger.
You need immediate medical attention.
If you are in any of these situations, please contact your local emergency services immediately.
TeaNuma does not replace in-person therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment. It also cannot be used for legal, court-ordered, or documentation-related therapy (e.g., emotional support animal certificates, disability assessments).
Your privacy matters to us. Information you share through the Platform is protected under our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your data.
By using the Platform, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
We use encryption and secure systems to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee 100% security.
All content on the Platform — including the name TeaNuma, the logo, design, software, text, images, and other materials — belongs to TeaNuma or its licensors.
You may use the Platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, sell, or distribute any part of TeaNuma’s content without our written permission.
The Platform may include links or references to other websites, apps, or services (“Third-Party Content”).
TeaNuma is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of third parties, and your use of any third-party service is at your own risk.
TeaNuma provides its services “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees that the Platform or the Therapist Services will:
Meet your expectations or needs
Always be available without interruption
Be error-free or completely secure
TeaNuma does not make any promises regarding the results of therapy or counseling services. The success of therapy depends on many personal factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
TeaNuma and its team will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the half of the total amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months before the issue arose.
If your local law does not allow such limitations, we will apply the limits permitted by that law.
Some services on TeaNuma may require payment or a subscription.
When you purchase a plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as shown during checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before your next billing date.
You can cancel anytime by contacting us at hello@kiwicharm.com.
Unused sessions or time do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
We may update our pricing or plans with notice to you. You may cancel your subscription if you do not agree with the new prices.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, payments are generally non-refundable, except as required by law.
If you cancel before the end of your current billing period, you will continue to have access until that period ends.
If a Therapist misses a session or fails to deliver services, please contact us at hello@kiwicharm.com and we will review the case.
By providing your email or phone number, you agree that TeaNuma and your Therapist may contact you for reminders, updates, or service-related messages.
You can opt out of non-essential messages anytime by following unsubscribe instructions or contacting hello@kiwicharm.com.
We hope to resolve all concerns quickly and fairly. If you have an issue, please contact us at hello@kiwicharm.com before taking legal action.
If we cannot resolve the issue informally, you agree that any legal disputes will be handled individually (not as a class action) in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top.
If we make major changes, we will notify you by email or a notice on our website. Continuing to use TeaNuma after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
