Refund Policy

At KiwiCharm, we are committed to
providing exceptional matchmaking services to our clients. This Refund Policy
outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted. By
engaging our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

1. Non-Refundable Services

All purchases of KiwiCharm’s
matchmaking services are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it is considered
final, and no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to all service
packages, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized Matchmaking Services
  • Membership Fees
  • Consultation Fees

This non-refundable policy is in
place due to the personalized nature of our services and the resources
allocated upon initiation.


2. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances,
KiwiCharm may consider a partial refund. Such exceptions are granted solely at
the discretion of KiwiCharm management and may include situations such as:

  • Accidental multiple payments
  • Failure to provide any services as outlined in the
    agreement

Any approved refunds will be subject
to a non-refundable “Onboarding and General Services Fee,” which is
equal to 50% of the total service price, less any applicable discounts. This
fee covers the administrative and initial matchmaking efforts undertaken by our
team.


3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund under the
exceptional circumstances outlined above, clients must:

  • Submit a written request to hello@kiwicharm.com within
    seven (7) days of the payment date.
  • Include the reason for the refund request and any
    supporting documentation.

KiwiCharm will review the request
and respond within fourteen (14) business days. If approved, refunds will be
processed within thirty (30) days, depending on the payment method used.

4. Changes to This Refund Policy

KiwiCharm reserves the right to
modify this Refund Policy at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the
policy periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of our
services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
